Step 1
Your Goals and Product Selection

In the initial call we discuss what you need from each platform. We cover which are your priority lines hero products and if you are already running a store, what issues you are currently facing.  We then purchase inventory directly, take ownership of stock, and hold it ready for customer delivery.

Marketplace Setup & Repair

We create or upgrade existing stores where improvements are needed. This includes fixing structural issues, resolving compliance problems, refining listings, improving content, and removing bottlenecks that limit growth. All marketplace accounts remain fully brand-owned at all times. We act as custodians and operators for as long as you choose to work with us.

Ongoing Optimisation, Growth & Insight

Once live, we actively manage listings, content, pricing, and availability to improve performance. We monitor sales velocity, identify growth opportunities, and assess where promotions or paid advertising may add value.

Benn Haxton

Founder & CEO

Over five years ago, Benn began working with a brand whose Amazon presence had become difficult to control. Poor-quality listings, weak search optimisation, and unmanaged third-party sellers were creating pricing instability and an inconsistent customer experience.

By improving listings, stabilising marketplace activity, and addressing underlying operational issues — Benn helped bring the account back under control, restoring customer confidence and improving overall performance.

That experience shaped the way RocketFuel3 operates today. Benn now works alongside a small, experienced team specialising in Amazon and TikTok Shop, covering listings, compliance, content, fulfilment, and day-to-day marketplace management. Together, they support brands looking to launch on new platforms or improve existing marketplace operations in a controlled, professional way.

RocketFuel3 operates in co-operation with Brand Direct Services, acting as a distribution and marketplace partner, with a UK-based distribution centre able to buy, hold, and fulfil stock directly, allowing brands to operate on Amazon and TikTok with minimal internal resource.

Since those early projects, Benn and his team have gone on to support more than 80 brands in the UK and beyond, building long-term, brand-led marketplace operations focused on stability, control, and sustainable performance.
